how do I place an order?

what happens if my delivery is delayed?
we will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. delivery times vary depending on your location.
can I exchange a product for a different size?
need a different size? email info@paranormalstudio.com.au within 30 days of delivery to request a return, then place a new order. items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. return shipping is at your cost; sale and custom-made items are excluded.
